Do you wake up feeling refreshed without an alarm clock and in desperate need of caffeine? We are seeing a lot of people with sleep and stress issues since the start of the pandemic. In this LIVE Zoom we hope to offer some practical sleep and stress solutions to help. Good sleep is one of the basic principles of good health - but so many of us aren’t hitting the recommended 7-8 hours needed to thrive. The pandemic has also altered our stress response, which in turn impacts our sleep so we’ll look at practical solutions to help improve stress through nutrition and lifestyle.
